Hiring at técrave

Summary:
An overview of how hiring works at técrave, the types of roles we hire for and what candidates can expect from the interview process.

Introduction

Hiring at técrave is designed to be clear, simple and respectful of everyone’s time. We work across different domains, teams and even partner organizations, so this guide explains what the process looks like and how candidates should prepare. Whether you're applying for a technical, creative, managerial or outsourced IT role, the principles remain the same: clarity, fairness and thoughtful communication.

The kinds of roles we hire for

técrave hires for a wide range of positions. Some are internal, supporting our own products and teams, while others are external roles where we hire talent for partner companies through our IT-sourcing model.

Common categories include:

  • Technical roles (engineering, security, infrastructure)

  • Creative roles (design, content, UI/UX)

  • Managerial roles (operations, product, team leadership)

  • Support and administrative roles

  • Client-facing or partner-company roles (via our IT sourcing arm)

Because responsibilities differ, interview stages may vary — but the goal is always the same: find people who can think clearly, communicate simply and collaborate with respect.

Understanding the interview structure

Most candidates go through three to four rounds, but this can change based on the role, team needs or complexity of the position.
Your recruitment coordinator is the best source of accurate information for your specific interview plan.

If you’re unsure about something before your first interview, don’t worry.
The first round is designed exactly for that.

Round 1: Talent Acquisition (TA) Conversation

This is your introduction to the full hiring journey. It’s not a test — it’s a conversation to help you understand how the process works.

In this round, you will:

  • Learn the complete interview plan (number of rounds, who you’ll meet, what to expect).

  • Receive the correct contacts for questions during the process.

  • Discuss your potential pay, compensation range and basic expectations.

  • Clarify role details, responsibilities and team structure.

  • Confirm scheduling preferences for upcoming interviews.

This round is mainly about alignment and clarity.
If you have questions before meeting technical or hiring managers, this is the perfect place to ask them.

Round 2: Skills & Experience Conversation

This round focuses on how you work, not how fancy your résumé looks.

You’ll talk about:

  • Your past experience

  • How you handled challenges

  • How you make decisions

  • How you communicate ideas

  • Real examples of ownership and problem-solving

For technical roles, you may discuss architecture, logic or tools you’ve used.
For creative roles, you may walk through past projects or design thinking.
For managerial roles, expect conversations around leadership, planning and team coordination.

The goal is simple:
Understand your approach, your communication style and how you fit into the team’s way of working.

Round 3: Practical or Applied Assessment

This optional round depends on the role. Not every position requires a task.

If included, the assessment is designed to show how you think in real scenarios.
Examples include:

  • For engineering: a small coding task or debugging exercise

  • For design: a short design prompt or creative interpretation

  • For management: a planning scenario or decision case

  • For IT-sourcing roles: a task aligned with the partner company’s workflow

We want to see clarity, reasoning and your ability to break down a problem in a simple, structured way.

Round 4: Final Conversation

This round brings everything together.
Here we focus on fit, mindset and alignment with técrave’s principles.

You may discuss:

  • How you prefer to work

  • How you handle feedback

  • How you collaborate in teams

  • What motivates you

  • How you approach challenges

  • What you expect from técrave, and what técrave can expect from you

If the role is for a partner company, this round may include their team as well.

The purpose of this round is not to test your skills again — it’s to understand whether we can build long-term trust and clarity with you.

Final Decision & Communication

After the rounds, we review your performance as a whole, considering:

  • Communication clarity

  • Ownership and responsibility

  • Problem-solving approach

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas

  • Respectful and thoughtful interaction

  • Skill match for the role

We aim to make decisions quickly and communicate clearly.
You should always know where you stand — no endless waiting, no unclear messages.
