If any payments made apart from using our payment gateway may take up 3 to 4 weeks to get settled.
If our tools / services undergoes maintenance or experiences any bugs or errors in the service, we will make every effort to resolve the issue within 7 business working days from the time of reporting the problem. If we are unable to resolve the issue within this defined time frame, you will be eligible for a refund from the timestamp of your support ticket creation.
Please note that técrave reserves the right to deduct the convenience fee charged by the bank during the refund process. The refunded amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
